The Worst Ads on TV

I agree with Stephen King all the way because the whole drug thing is just not right for people. They don't know the whole information about the Thalidomide medicine. If they see it on the ad of course they would be interested. I really believe that if you were to take a medicine on tv then you really should ask your doctor about it. Of course if people are ill or not feeling to good and they see a commercial ad on tv about something to make them feel better don't you think that they would listen to it and start to agree.
Stephen King is right all the way. Americans love a quick fix. They would be willing to take anything to make them feel all better or not tired. I really think that he couldn't be more right because he is worried about America. He is trying to warn people about all the ads on tv that has to do with medicine or to make you feel better. At the end of Kings article he writes about the different types of medicines that I normally see on tv. He puts their name title and then he put the side effects.
I really think that companies shouldn't be able to advertise their medicines on tv to fool the people. If you go to your doctor and talk about your symptoms and he thinks that a type of medicine might be able to help you then yes you could take it. After all a doctor is the person that helps you with medical stuff aren't they? I think it is cruel that people would even advertise that stuff that makes you all bad inside. If the medicine is harmful to youself or your child then I really think they shouldn't advertise it to consumers.
